DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES
Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
We ship domestically and internationally. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL.
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. For international shipments, please allow 7-10 days for delivery depending on destination and selected delivery service.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with USPS, UPS or DHL. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.
A tracking number is provided once an order is verified, processed and submitted to USPS, UPS or DHL.
We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your location & shipping service purchased.
* OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
Orders placed for overnight service before 11:00 AM CST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends). Saturday delivery is not available at this time.
HAWAII, ALASKA, PO BOXES, APO/FPO & U.S TERRITORIES
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Shipping rates to these addresses are calculated at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All international orders are shipped via USPS or DHL Express, and are typically delivered within 7-10 business days from the date that it is shipped.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Forgiven Boutique LLC.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
